Well....why is there a moose picture on the blog??
Maggie...we're both gonna get to try something new this fall.  Dad's name was pulled for a bull moose in Maine later this fall.  Mom says it's the best meat, better than hamburger.  Now honestly, I thought hamburger was the best.....according to her, it's not.

Weeeeeeee!!!!  That looks like a big deer that Bonny and Besty see.
Maggie...that is not a deer, this is a moose.  They are huge!!  Mom seen a bull moose when she was in Alaska, and Dad seen moose while hunting in Maine the last time.  I heard it was Sissy's most favorable meal too!  Sissy....if you were only here to keep this little pip squeak in line!!

Anyways Maggie....start building up an appetite, your gonna love this stuff.

Hey Everybody!!

Maggie and I went to our spa treatment today!  We left at 9:30 this morning for our 1030 spa appointment.  While we were get our massages and facials and what not, mom went to Harrisburg to get her satellite radio adjusted. On her way back to pick us up, Erica calls mom and says Maggie has a skin infection, she did have some mats on her belly and the groomer didnt see them till she shaved her underneath.  So mom called the vet right away and luckily we were able to get her in.

On the way to the vet, mom took another way, we went over a big hill (mountain) that had a lot of twists and turns....that was fun!!  Once we got to vet, we went in to see Dr. Beth.  She said Maggie has a bateria infection that pertains to a puppy going through puberty, she gave her a shot and some pills, that'll take care of the problem.....so does that mean Maggie's a woman now??????

I must say we are looking good for our boys on Saturday at the reunion!!

We're getting ready......

Hey Everybody!!

Maggie and I are getting ready for the big family reunion on Saturday with all of our SBG cocker gang.  So far it's looking like the weather is gonna be pawfect!!  Hey Maggie....I heard mom is gonna be on a dog napping mood again wth Brinkley and also Boomer, I'm sure they'll be others....but those 2 are on the top of mom's list.

At this reunion, we'll be catered lunch too!  We'll be having hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken, etc!  Now that sounds YUMMMO'S to me.

Now Maggie...pay close attention.  Probably after the meal sometime we'll be going on a little train ride.  It's maybe 5 minutes long, but it's a really cool ride.

So today we are getting everybody's tickets ready for the meal....so far so good!

Productive Day....

We are about to call it the night.

Mom had a very productive day today, she cleaned the entire downstairs....and she made a list of things to do during her time off this summer.  But the time consuming part of today was catching up on ironing....she hates doing it, but the clothes look really good now :)

For supper we had some roast beef sandwiches with french fries...YUMMO'S!!!

After supper, mom went out to mow the grass....soon dad was out doing the trimming and push mowing.

Maggie was getting brushed and some pretty good mats were found underneath her....so mom got the clippers and shaved down her tummy area, don't worry, you can't see it, she still has the skirt.
