Hey Everybody..

I thought mom was going back to the way it used to be...I was ready to do some bapping again.

It is very cold out...but not as cold as Mr H and Mrs B's.  Like they are, I'm told to do my business

and get back in the house ASAP!!  Mom told dad he needs to put my booties on before I go out.

The weather for this week is calling for more snow.  As far as I know, it'll start Tuesday through

Wednesday night....but you know that can change at a moments notice. 

Mom and Kim were talking about a place to get together and we may have found it.  There's talk

of Knoebles Grove and having those who can come, to come and join us.  Now that would be cool...

the park would be ruled by SBG cockers!!!

I was able to get the computer up and running today on my own.  Right now mom is at work feeding the kids.  Anyways....Happy "29th" Birthday Mom!!  This was the only picture I could find of you, plus it's one of my favorites.  Maybe I'll have a steak waiting for you when you come home...or maybe some crab legs...or maybe some lobster....or how about just crab legs and lobster??...Now that sounds GOOD!!!  I'm pretty sure there are some in the freezer stocked away. 

Hey Mr H....when's your blog getting updated??  Mine has been on a roll lately and I'm not complaining!!

Hi Everybody!!

I had a very good day.  Mom was off from work today, so she did all her 2010 billing and expenses for taxes.  I knew she was busy so I just stayed out of her way and didn't pest her one bit....until she was done.  After she was done we played....but this time my toy didn't go in the toliet like it did last night, and I wouldn't go in for it either...I said no way and walked away.

Mom took me outside for a little bit today to play in the snow.  Any other time I would get my stick, but since it snowed, all my sticks were covered.   Mom was happy that my sticks were covered, that way I'd do my business rather than running around.  Well today I got her back for being so mean.  I dug a stick out of the snow and when I found it I said how do you like me now!!!!...with a evil grin and chuckle.  She might be able to fool me, but I always get even with her some way or another.

We are having homemade pot pie tonight, our friend Claire is coming over for supper.  Maybe I'll get my nails clipped, even though she is my groomer. 

I smell something good in the kitchen besides pot pie...gonna go check it out.

A Message from Dove

Hi Gma Mary, Gpa Philip and Janice

I just want to let you know I'm happy in my forever home.  I have Bob and Sherri trained, they love me to pieces and tell me I'm just the perfect pup for them.  Everybody in the family loves me...especially the grand kids!!  The neighbor guy comes over with me almost everyday for a couple hours...he just can't get enough of me!!....but then again, I'm a SBG mobster....what else can you expect??

I was at the groomers recently, and the report I got was that I can come back anytime for a grooming. They just loved my personality.

Life is good!  Thank you for chosing Bob and Sherri to find me.  I love and miss you all.  Tell the mob I miss them, but I'm doing good....and spoiled.

Today Dove came to visit, she's not the playing kind of pup.  I was bummed out a little bit, but believe me....I tried my hardest to get her to play.  Bob and Sherri are very happy with Dove, they say she's perfect!!  I took her on a tour of my house, we even went upstairs too!!  She seemed to like my house, but wanted to be by Bob's side at all times....them two are best buds.

We went out to see the new car, I finally had my picture taken in the car....it's about time Mom!!  Next time don't wait as long as you did this time.  Dove even came in to check the car out too.

I have to tell you this....mom started to play with me.  She was wrestling me and then started throwing my clog around.  Well...she threw it in the bathroom and I went and brought it back.  She threw it again and it bounce right into the toliet!!!  I wasn't about to go in and get it.  I said no way!!  Only Mom!!!

New Toy For Me

Hey everybody!!  I finally got mom to help me update my blog, it took one good bap on the head to get her moving.  I think they should design a computer that allows paws to type, then this would be updated ALOT!!  I think Mr. H and I can paton one....just imagine all the doggies that would be writing stories,   The name of the company would be....HAbby-B.  Sounds good to me!!

Ok....(rubbing my little temples and saying time to focus, never know when the next update will be).  We got a new car!!  My mom's stepdad bought our old green 1998 Ford Explorer Sport.  Instead of having 2 SUV's, now we have 2 cars!!  But I must say, I think I like the blue sportrac the best, just more me.  I'm a trucking kind of pup...not quite like Mr H and Mrs. B.   

My grandpa Jimmy used to drive truck, he'd go get potatoes.  Imagine all the neat things I would get to see, I'm sure he'd take me along with him.  I think he went as far as Montana, not totally sure on that one.  I know he used to do Florida.  But he's retired now, enjoying the good life of everyday being a Saturday.

My birthday is coming up next Tuesday...January 18th.  I'll be turning the big fat 1.  My mom's birthday is January 19th...she won't let me say how old she is.  Keep watching...it just might "slip"...teehee!!

We'll be getting pictures of the car with me in it.  Right now mom just doesn't want to be outside, for some reason she says she's minding the sharp air these days.

The dust has settled....

The dust has settled, all is calm here at my house.  Presents are opened and put away, house is cleaned up and ready for the normal routines, refigerator is packed full of goodies, and I'm just taking it all in.

Christmas was good, I got some toys and treats...but my most favorite gift was a container of cottage cheese!!  Everybody knows me to well....which is a good thing.

I don't know about the rest of you, but we have bitter cold tempatures and nasty winds....the wind just about knocked me over when I was outside to do my business!!  They were saying we were supposed to get about 6 inches of snow or more...ended up we didn't get anything except flurries that just flew by.

My visit to Tremont Nuring home....

Hi Everybody!!

Today mom and dad took me to our local nursing home in Tremont PA.  Once we got there we were greeted by a nurse who looked over my papers to make sure my shots were up to date...and they were.

Let me tell you, these people were so happy to see me!!  I was very well mannered, greeted everybody with a paw and maybe a kiss if they wanted one.  I had one lady tell me she'd watch me anytime mom and dad need to get away for a couple of days.  One man told me to keep on being a good dog and make everybody happy and I was to strut my stuff....which I always do.  Another man was feeding me popcorn...he's my buddy because he gave me treats.  We'd walk down the hall and they'd hollar out wanting us to stop with them.  The staff even came to see me in awe.  We were told to come back again soon!!

I brought smiles, laughter and some tears to some.  We heard stories of when they used to have dogs and what kind of doglife they had.  It was just an amazing morning.  My mom told me she is proud of me and was very happy with the results.

I finally lived up to Mr. H's saying by putting my best paw forward...I did that all morning and it was an amazing experience.  My goal was to bring smiles, hope, faith, SBG love...and guess what,  I did all that and then some!!  The spirit of Christmas was lifted in everybody's heart.  You know what?  That was my gift to all of those who reside there.

Now we are getting ready for our Christmas Eve dinner followed by opening presents....I gotta see what opening presents are, I'm told I'm already I'm good at ripping things to pieces.

Getting ready for my first visit.....

Hey everybody!!

I'm getting myself ready for my first visit to the nursing home.  I got my spa treatment today and some facials too....my fur is ever so soft and ears so fluffy along with smelling good, dad said I was starting to smell ripe.

Today mom came home from work early, they only served breakfast today...now she's off work until after new year, I'm happy!! 

Hey mom, I think you need to get a big truck like Mr H and Mrs. B have, then we can go cruising down the highway with our hair blowing in the wind.  I wanna see the world go by through the window like they do.  I better watch myself, Kim would probably take me along on the road with her for a forever keep....can't let that happen, I love my mom to much!

Going to start my job soon!!

Hey everybody!!  My mom just called ourlocal nursing home and asked about me coming to visit the patients.  They said they'd be thrilled for me to come and entertain, all mom has to do is take my list of shots and prove they are up to date....which they are.  I don't know when we're going to go, but mom is thinking about going after they are done serving breakfast on Thursday morning....maybe I'll go Christmas Eve Day to get some holiday spirits going.  I'll definately keep you updated!!

Almost Ready.....

We're almost ready for Christmas!!  But mom says I need to improve my behavior around here....I guess shredding paper twice in one weekend isn't exactly a good thing.  I'll put that on my New' Year's Resolution list, no paper shredding and no ripping arms off of my toys.  No guarentees, but I'll try.

Ok...now stop the music playing over on the right side of the screen...I have a little video posted here of me saying a prayer for Gma Mary and Gpa Philip. 



But here's something my mom did, but she's not saying anything about it....two can play this game..teehee.  Mom is always hollaring at me for shredding paper right?..  Well, today she dropped her Iphone right into my water dish as square as can be!!  It was completely submerged!!  I scoulded mom on her behavior and she didn't like it!!  Maybe for once she knows how it feels.


I'll keep updating on the Christmas thing...this is my first Christmas so I'm learning.  For some reason there's a room upstairs that I'm not allowed to go in, mom thinks I'll rip some paper to pieces up there too.

I met Santa!!!

Mom and dad took me to where I go to my classes yesturday morning.  At first I thought school was starting because when I got in the store, I went to the room where the classes are held.  But mom told me I won't be starting my advance courses until February.

Anyways, we walked to the back of the store and there he was!!  He had his red and white suit on, with shining black boots and belt.

Mom took my leash off and sat me with him...at first I was sniffing out his beard, had to make sure it was real and it was!!  I guess there really is a santa!  I do believe!!  I gave him my list, and the first thing I had on the list was for Gma Mary's  and Gpa Philip's health and how I put my little paws together everynight to say a prayer...followed by TREATS and TOYS!!!

Getting ready to meet the big guy.....

I was told tonight that we'll be leaving tomorrow afternoon to see the big guy in the red suit....Santa.
I have my list, I've been brushed, my face is cleaned, ears cleaned out, teeth brushed for that smile...I hope he likes me. 

I'll post pictures when we get home.  I did make one request...I want to ride in mom's blue sportrac, I rode in that everyweek to go to my classes...I get the whole back seat to myself!!  Very comfty and spacious, just what I need to get a good nap during the ride.

Tonight I figured out how to open the cabinet doors in the kitchen.  I found lots of papers, well I helped mom by cleaning out the cabinet...papers all over the place!!  But the cabinet was empty by the time I was done.

Busy but COLD week!!

Hi Everybody, I'm just checking in with everybody as we're bracing for the cold weather.  Dad says it's gonna be a long winter, mostly from driving an hour to work each way....leaves in the dark and comes home in the dark.

Lots has gone on since my last update...mom has all her Christmas decorations out that she wants.  But there's some bad news, mom took the decorations off of our trees.  She says its for my own good since I take them off and play with them.

This weekend I'm going to go and see Santa....finally I get to see who this guy in a red suit is.  I already have my list, it's for Gma Mary to continue to  get better and have a good Christmas, and I'm putting my paws together everynight.

By the way, mom is doing very well from surgery, she went back to work!  She is so happy that there's no more pain!  So my job as doctor abby is complete until the next call...I'm on call 24/7. 

We got snow the other day, a good 3 inches!!  I ran around like a nut, pushed the snow with my nose.  When it was time for me to go in, I just looked at mom and said no way and ran back down in the yard...so she left me play with my stick a few more minutes.

Tonight we got a call from our instructor Kay....she called to tell us the Advance classes are going to be held in February and they'll be six weeks long.  Can't wait to show off my skills!!

I've had enough of being the grinch

Tonight mom brought out the Grinch outfits.  Well mom found her grinch pants at Walmart the other day....the story of that is she's called the Grinch at work, they even call her the mean one!!  She works in a high school cafeteria and I guess some of the kids get unruley with her, and she puts them in their place, especially when she catches them stealing.  As a matter of fact...right now at this moment....she's at work and I'd say the juniors and seniors are going through.

I had my picture taken with my mom, not to many photo's of us are taken...but we got one!!  After the photo shoot, I took the shirt off and give it a heck of a good shake hoping to never put it back on!
