Attention Frontier Communication Customers....

I just want to share something with you that has happened to us.
I for one....guilty of it, like receiving a paper bill in the mail for record keeping, however....we are on automatic payment.

We have been getting charged up to $4.00 a month to receive a paper statement because....we are on automatic payment.  The only way to get rid of the $4.00 charge is to go paperless.

Ok....here's my thought.

We are on automatic payment.....meaning they ARE going to get paid faithfully every month an we get charged $4.00 month for paper statement.

For those who are NOT on automatic payments get a paper statement for free, go figure......and there are those who don't pay at all.

As for us....we pay our bills and get charged......those that are not on automatic payment, not knowing if they are going to pay, don't get charged......HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM.......is there something wrong with this picture??  Are we paying the bills for those who don't pay to make up with the $4.00 month charge??  Good question.....but seems like nobody has or wants to answer that.

Another thing.....we are "locked" into 1 phone company, we can't choose service....either them or none.  A few years ago we were able to pick other eletric companies and still can....I THINK you should be able to pick your own phone company.
